Dahlias for garden, pots, or balcony

Dahlias are true all-rounders: they grow in almost any soil, as long as it drains well and doesn’t become too dry. Give them a sunny spot – a few hours of shade per day is no problem – and they will still bloom abundantly.

Lower-growing varieties are perfect for flower beds, pots, or large containers on your balcony or patio. Make sure the pots are big enough (around 10 liters) so the dahlias can absorb enough water and don’t dry out.

With the right location and a little care, dahlias will reward you with a lush, colorful display, both in your garden and on your terrace or balcony.
